Aether Academy wanted to manage courses, enrollments, instructors, and payments — all in one place. Woadsoft implemented and tailored Odoo eLearning, extending it with features like student quiz analytics, certificate automation, and instructor payroll linked to teaching hours.
We also integrated Zoom and Google Meet into their course schedules via Odoo calendar events. Attendance and grading were managed through custom reports.
The new system brought full visibility into course performance, instructor workload, and revenue tracking, allowing Aether to scale from 20 to 300+ students per session without added admin burden.
