CivicBridge was operating several community projects and grants but lacked a unified tracking system. Woadsoft customized Odoo’s Project, Accounting, and Documents modules to help them monitor spending, milestones, and donor obligations.
We created a public-facing site for transparency, with selected reports pulled in from Odoo via secure REST APIs. Donors could see project outcomes, budget usage, and upload documents directly through the portal.
As a result, CivicBridge improved compliance, sped up donor reporting, and gained more repeat grants from transparency-minded organizations.
