Hexon Apparel was struggling with inventory mismatches between their online store and physical outlets. Woadsoft stepped in to re-platform their backend onto Odoo while retaining their Shopify front-end.
We built a custom bridge between Shopify and Odoo using API integrations, allowing for real-time inventory sync, automated purchase orders, and centralized warehouse reporting. We also implemented Odoo’s Manufacturing module to track batches and manage seasonal collections.
The project eliminated stockouts and overselling, enabled the team to manage flash sales more confidently, and cut down manual data entry by 90%.
