We added route optimization, driver performance tracking, and real-time delivery status updates. The mobile app (built with Flutter) pushed completed delivery statuses into Odoo automatically, updating invoices and triggering customer notifications.
Order delivery accuracy increased by 85%, while customer complaints around missed or delayed deliveries dropped significantly.
